The size of the change
Swapping fixtures where they already sit is one job. Moving water, waste and walls is a different one. Layout changes cost more than materials do.
What we find when it opens
Old wiring, rot at a sill, a leak that has been running quietly. We look for it during the walkthrough so it lands in the quote and not in a change order.
What you pick
Two showers the same size can be a long way apart on price once tile, glass and fixtures are chosen. We will show you where the money shows and where it does not.
How much is hidden work
Waterproofing, blocking, framing and ventilation are most of what you are buying and none of what you see. This is the part we will not cut.
